Support CAMPO

As of 2019, your donation to CAMPO will support 2020’s internship program. Our internship structure directly pays a higher wage than average agricultural work. Participants learn agroecology (sustainable agriculture in its social and political context) and are welcomed into a movement towards a more just and healthier use of land for food production. So far, CAMPO’s funds have been raised directly from independent small donors, local conservation services and foundations aiming to transition funding to grassroots organizations. Unlike many nonprofits, we don’t allow large corporations to use our cause for their promotion or water down our cause with their “philanthropy.” You’ll never see us thanking and thus advertising for Coca Cola or Cargill. To build a truly ground up movement that challenges and opposes the corporate food landscape, we maintain complete transparency and rely on real grassroots support. A revolutionary, regenerative agriculture is being built, it’s an uphill battle but we can win it. Your donation is used to build a healthy, just and people centered agriculture.
