Agroecology Documentary Series: Hands that Construct

Hands that Construct focuses on Nicaraguan campesinos and role in constructing the revolutionary agricultural reality in their country. Nicaragua is one of the most food sovereign places on earth and has a model of land distribution, food production and campesino rights from which we have much to learn! Before the movie we will talk with a representative in Nicaragua of the ATC (the rural workers association) about the history and present of the campesino movement in Nicaragua and the world. Oh and dinner will be provided and will feature a goat birria and vegetable side dishes, all grown and raised right here.
